Starting the book writing process can be DAUNTING…if you don’t know where to start.

That’s where I come in. Think of me as your book doula, someone who helps you understand the book writing process and guides you through it—all while saving you a lot of time in the process.

Here’s how it works:

• Step One: You talk me through your idea. We suss out #1 your WHY for writing your book and #2 the main message you want to get across. We make sure we support these core objectives throughout the book writing process.
• Step Two: We create a detailed outline for each chapter, combining the hard facts with real life examples to make sure YOU and your story are integrated throughout. Think about it this way: Many people can write a book about real estate investing, so what makes your book about it different? [The answer: YOU.]
• Step Three: You record yourself talking through each bullet point of each chapter outline, chapter by chapter, until you’re done! Yes, it’s that easy.
• Step Four: I go through the transcripts and create a cohesive book out of your words, thoughts, ideas, advice, and stories, noting where we can inject more of you and where we need more supporting evidence—whether that be stats or client testimonials, etc.
• Step Five: After the entire first draft is complete, I send it to you so you can see my notes, add anything that’s missing, make additional edits, etc. Once you’re happy with the final draft, voilà! Your book is ready for you to self-publish, put it on your website to sell, shop to a publisher, or just keep it for yourself and family+friends!
